Mr Vikas Yadav, the founding President of the Prahar Academy, himself a great export of physical training. He had learnt the basics of physical training from The Army Institute of Physical Training, Pune which was the only army training institute in India during that time. Since he had AX grading from ADVANCE REFERENCE COURSE (ARC), after doing a BGC course from ARMY PHYSICAL TRAINING CORE (APTC) he became CONVERT at Pune.
